Auxilia Group Recruitment are currently recruiting for a Commercial Lead - Retail on behalf of our client based in Co. Cork.
Role:
Develop and implement the company’s retail commercial strategy
Set up procedures, systems, and controls for a start-up environment.
Create supplier selection and contract management processes.
Build budgets and pricing plans aligned with business growth plans.
Manage margins to targeted levels
Prepare and implement promotional programmes for the retail outlets
Identify opportunities for long-term strategic partnerships with suppliers.
Requirements:
5+ years senior commercial experience within a retail environment
Degree level within Business or a related field
Proven experience establishing pricing and purchasing processes in a start-up, growth business, or new operation.
Strong background in supplier negotiations and contract management.
Experience managing multiple suppliers across different countries, ideally including both Ireland and Europe.
Experience using inventory management systems.
Strong commercial and negotiation skills
Excellent supplier relationship management
