Job Title: Finishing Supervisor
Overview
We are currently recruiting for a senior role within our team, responsible for overseeing all finishing trades on site from commencement to handover. The successful candidate will be working closely with the Site Manager and Project Manager to ensure seamless delivery of large-scale developments.
The Role
* To report directly to and support the Site Manager in ensuring project objectives are met.
* Liaise with, coordinate and manage various subcontractors daily to guarantee projects progress according to plan.
* Attend regular site meetings as well as host team meetings amongst trade teams.
* Manage multiple teams of skilled labourers throughout project duration until completion handing over finished work internally that meets an exceptionally high standard whilst adhering strictly set deadlines governed by overall Programme requirements ensuring complete client satisfaction upon receipt/occupation or any such milestones coming up thereafter through close communication between key personnel members including PM SMs engineers & other relevant departments!
An ideal applicant should have at least five years' experience working alongside Main Contractors ideally holding some form Trade Qualification / Construction related qualification preferably
