Our client, a leading residential developer, is seeking a
Site Engineer
to support the delivery of high-quality housing and apartment schemes in one of their Wicklow sites. The role requires a detail-focused engineer with strong setting-out and coordination skills, combined with the ability to foster positive relationships with subcontractors and site teams.
Key Responsibilities:
* Monitor and evaluate quality control of subcontractor work
* Coordinate site drawings and maintain accurate records
* Carry out setting out for foundations, slabs, blockwork, services, civils, and RC frame structures
* Supervise and monitor groundworks, civil engineering, and concrete frame contractors
* Develop strong working relationships with subcontractors to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality
* Ensure quality assurance documentation is completed and maintained
