We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Care Supervisor to oversee and support the delivery of high-quality care services in County Longford.
What We Offer Competitive salary plus mileage reimbursement Company phone and laptop Supportive management team and mentoring Professional development and career progression opportunities Key Responsibilities Lead, mentor, and support care staff from induction through ongoing service delivery Prepare, implement, and review personalised care plans Monitor daily care services to ensure compliance with quality standards Collaborate with recruitment to build and maintain a strong care team Foster positive relationships with clients, families, and colleagues Maintain accurate records and provide detailed reports to management Requirements Full driving licence and access to your own car (essential) QQI Level 5 in Care (or equivalent) and willingness to progress to Level 6 Previous experience in a care environment Strong communication and interpersonal skills Basic IT proficiency for record-keeping and reporting Excellent organisational and problem-solving abilities Previous supervisory or leadership experience is essential Previous experience working in Homecare is ideal For further information please send an updated CV to
