About the SDR Role

The role requires an organized, persistent, charismatic, and diligent person—preferably interested in technology and its business implications. You will work with regional sales and marketing teams to find customer projects aligned with our product lines and promote Canonical and our services across various sectors and regions.

Typical Day
* Handle inbound customer inquiries via email, phone, and chat.
* Execute outbound sales and marketing campaigns.
* Participate in global events and conferences, managing booths and promoting opportunities face-to-face.
* Collaborate with multiple teams and senior stakeholders to achieve tangible results.
* Work directly with marketing on campaigns.
* Research potential clients.
* Generate a multimillion-dollar pipeline.
* Identify market prospects and trends.
* Assist in defining team processes and policies.
* Engage with new and existing clients, organize meetings, and develop account maps to identify new business opportunities.
* Create, update, maintain, and stay in contact with leads on global business opportunities.
