They should have strong administrative and bookkeeping skills, coupled with excellent numerical accuracy and problem-solving abilities. Previous experience in an accounting or finance role is desirable, particularly with software such as Sage, QuickBooks, and Excel. Strong communication skills, the ability to manage multiple tasks, and a commitment to maintaining confidentiality are essential.
