Our Client, a well-established firm based in Dublin 2, requires an experienced Marketing Executive to join their team. Successful candidates will report to the Head of Marketing. Duties:
* Manage the firm’s website, social media outlets, digital analytics as well as email marketing campaigns.
* To coordinate and design marketing collateral and graphics, including PowerPoint presentations, posters, invitations, brochures and more.
* To liaise with external suppliers where necessary and support any brand and messaging projects as they arise.
* Provide necessary support on the digital promotion and communication of the firm’s events, webinars and activities in order to maximise their profiling opportunities.
* Manage CRM campaigns and to employ the firm’s CRM tool to input and maintain information on clients and contacts.
* When necessary, opportunityto assist with PR, Advertising and Sponsorships as well as supporting internal communications and internal marketing.
Skills and experience:
* Relevant Third level qualification in marketing or equivalent.
* Minimum 3-5 years experience in marketing and communications.
* Previous experience working in a professional services firm.
* Strong skills in graphic design and proficient in InDesign, Photoshop.
* Good Microsoft PowerPoint, Word and Excel skills.
* Ability to use CRM-based, web content management and email marketing systems.
