Duties and responsibilities include but not limited to:
* Organise, direct and evaluate food and beverage service
* Supervising daily shift operations
* Ordering food and other supplies while staying within budget limitations
* Recruiting, interviewing and training staff to follow restaurant procedures
* Controlling operational costs and identifying ways to cut waste
* Maintaining compliance with laws and guidelines
Requirements for the job include:
* Candidate must be a seasoned hospitality professional with a passion for excellence.
* Communication and leadership skills
* Be up to date with food and beverages trends and best practices
* Have a hands on approach
Any candidate must also be prepared to relocate

Pay: €35,000.00-€40,000.00 per year
