Theatre Staff Nurse
Delivering high-quality patient care is a key aspect of this role. As a theatre staff nurse, you will work closely with the nursing and multidisciplinary team in the operating theatre suite/endoscopy suite.
1. Ensure that patients receive evidence-based care throughout their surgical journey.
2. Collaborate with consultant surgeons to provide optimal support during complex procedures.
3. Maintain strict adherence to aseptic techniques when preparing equipment and instruments for each patient, thereby minimizing the risk of infection.
