About the Role
Truffle Honey Catering is seeking an experienced Senior Executive Sous Chef to join our leadership team. This is a hands-on role combining kitchen excellence with senior responsibilities in HACCP, compliance, paperwork, stock control, and staff training.

Key Responsibilities
* Support the Head Chef in leading kitchen operations
* Oversee food preparation, cooking, and presentation
* Manage HACCP documentation, food safety, and compliance paperwork
* Assist with menu planning, stock control, and costings
* Train, mentor, and supervise kitchen staff
* Step into the Head Chef role when required
Requirements
* Proven experience as a Senior Sous Chef or higher in a busy kitchen
* Strong knowledge of HACCP and food safety regulations
* Excellent leadership and team-management skills
* Ability to balance kitchen service with administration
* Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and peak seasonal periods
