Responsibilities
Provide senior-level breakdown and technical support across production assets
Act as a technical lead on shift, supporting and mentoring technicians
Drive improvements in machine reliability, uptime, and performance
Support PM optimisation, shutdown planning, and equipment upgrades
Assist with commissioning of new machinery and line improvements
Work closely with production to minimise downtime
Ensure all work meets high standards of safety, food safety, and compliance
Accurately record maintenance activity through CMMS
Criteria
Qualified Maintenance Technician with solid industrial experience.
(Ideally Electrical)
Strong fault-finding and troubleshooting capability
Proven experience supporting or leading other technicians
Comfortable working in a regulated manufacturing environment
Proactive, dependable, and improvement-focused approach
Reward
€***** per hour base rate, shift allowance, on call bonus (Circa €72,000 per annum all-in)
Overtime paid at time and a half after 39 hours
Sunday & Bank Holiday overtime at premium rate
22 days annual leave
