We are seeking a skilled Occupational Health Nurse to join our team. This role offers a unique opportunity to positively influence the health, safety and wellbeing of our workforce.
Key Responsibilities:
* Health & Wellbeing Delivery: Facilitate weekly site inductions and health and safety briefings, oversee the on-site Health & Wellbeing Cabin, conduct routine health surveillance assessments and provide empathetic support to employees experiencing mental health concerns.
* Health Promotion & Engagement: Develop engaging communications across site channels, lead health initiatives aligned with national calendars and coordinate on-site events, awareness days and workshops.
* Clinical Governance & Operations: Provide clinical leadership to onsite medics and first aiders, support return-to-work programmes in partnership with management teams and maintain accurate medical records.
* Mental Health & Wellbeing Leadership: Deliver immediate support following critical incidents ensure appropriate follow-up care as Mental Health First Aider Lead facilitating regular debrief sessions producing monthly newsletters.
