About the Role:

Key Responsibilities:

* Prepare offer documentation, keeping candidates informed at every stage.
* Issue contracts, collect references, and collaborate with HR to ensure a smooth onboarding process.
* Assist with onboarding and maintain new joiner engagement.
* Act as a mentor to the business services graduate.
* Track accurate recruitment data and metrics.
Requirements:
* Minimum 3 years recruitment experience in corporate or professional services.
* Strong relationship-building and stakeholder management skills.
* Solid understanding of employment law and best practices.
