Contract Negotiator
We are seeking an experienced Contract Negotiator to drive successful project delivery from initial stages through to completion.
As a key member of our project team, you will be responsible for ensuring that all aspects of the project meet our quality standards by working closely with clients, architects, and consultants to coordinate project activities and manage site operations.
Your key responsibilities will include:
* Leading project functions including PEP, Risk & Commercial Success, Financials, Processes, HSEQS, Stakeholder Management, Project Administration, Design Management & Project Close Out
* Compiling and implementing the Project Execution Plan, with specific reference to the HSE & Quality plan
* Preparing contract reports and providing updates to stakeholders
* Reviewing buildability and identifying methods of construction with commercial or programme advantage where possible
* Developing project plans and schedules, and executing plans to achieve agreed outcomes
