Pastry Kitchen Team Member
We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Pastry Chef to join our team. The successful candidate will work closely with the Executive Head Pastry Chef in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
Responsibilities:
* E nsure accurate stock levels and requisition inventory as needed.
* Plan, prepare, and hand over mise en place according to established procedures.
* Prepare all pastry items in line with recipes and hotel standards.
