Overview
Our client, a leading medical device company based in the east of the country, is hiring a Project Coordinator. The successful candidate will support the technical project management team by overseeing project activities, ensuring timely completion, and facilitating communication among team members and stakeholders. This role provides seamless administrative support while maintaining accurate project documentation and assisting in the coordination of project deliverables.
Responsibilities
* Maintain the administrative aspects of action plans, project templates, updating resource allocation, timelines, and budgets.
* Schedule meetings, track project progress, and manage documentation to ensure delivery on schedule and within budget.
* Coordinate communications with suppliers and clients, ensuring project-related information is communicated clearly and efficiently to all stakeholders.
* Provide standardized, accurate, and efficient communication with project teams, stakeholders, and clients.
* Maintain project documentation, including project plans, timelines, budgets, and reports, ensuring accuracy and up-to-date records.
* Collaborate with project managers to develop comprehensive action plans and templates.
* Provide administrative assistance to project teams, including scheduling demos, conferences/tradeshows, travel, filing, and correspondence.
Qualifications
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* Strong organizational abilities to manage multiple complex tasks and projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
* Ability to forecast, identify, and flag issues proactively.
* Familiarity with project management software and tools to assist in planning and tracking project progress.
* Nice to Have:
o Degree in project management.
o 3 years of relevant experience in project coordination.
o Knowledge of contract manufacturing.
o General understanding of the medical device industry.
