Job Summary
Under broad supervision, designs, analyzes, modifies, and integrates robotics, automation, technologies and processes related to equipment and tooling for applicability to programs and products. Develops, implements, and tests preventive maintenance plans, interim solutions for damaged and unsafe equipment, and tooling. Investigates and documents engineering changes and controls equipment and tooling configuration in accordance with standard operating procedures. Develops and recommends equipment reliability improvements through the application of reliability engineering tooling.
Responsibilities
Deliver engineering tasks with increasing autonomy across design, analysis, modification, and integration of automation systems.
Contribute to solution definition, validation plans, and documentation control.
Implement preventive maintenance strategies and interim corrective actions.
Perform measurements, data analysis, and test execution.
Support change control, configuration management, and continuous improvement activities.
Align work with safety, quality, and regulatory requirements; engage cross‑functional collaborators to integrate designs into operations.
Maintain structured processes and adhere to established standards for reliability and performance.
Requirements
Third level college or university degree required.
1-3 years of experience in the current field of work.
Ability to apply solid knowledge of automation principles, robotics, and control systems.
Strong technical communication & documentation experience.
Ability to interpret engineering drawings, specifications, and standard operating procedures.
Operate within standardized processes and improvement frameworks.
Adapt to dynamic requirements while ensuring compliance and quality.
