Technical Services Lead
Job Description:
* Oversee the delivery of technical services across multiple corporate office sites.
* Manage a multi-disciplinary technical team, handling scheduling, performance, training and development.
* Oversight of compliance with health and safety protocols and ensuring all documentation is accurate and filed.
This role involves managing the maintenance of facilities to meet contractual standards. The ideal candidate will have experience in building services management, leadership skills and proficiency in CAFM systems. They should also have knowledge of relevant legislation and safety standards.
Requirements:
1. An engineering degree or equivalent qualification is essential for this role
2. Proven track record as a leader within technical teams
3. CAMF system proficiency
