Your new role As a Site Manager, you will oversee the end-to-end delivery of new-build private housing projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.
Your responsibilities will include: Managing all on-site activities, including coordinating subcontractors, suppliers, and site personnel.
Ensuring compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
Monitoring project progress, quality, and adherence to design specifications.
Liaising with project managers, architects, and clients to ensure seamless communication.
Resolving any on-site issues promptly to maintain project timelines.
Maintaining accurate site records and reporting on project milestones.
What you'll need to succeed To excel in this role, you will need: Proven experience as a Site Manager in residential construction, ideally within new-build private housing.
Strong knowledge of construction processes, building regulations, and health and safety standards.
Excellent leadership and communication skills to manage diverse teams and stakeholders.
A relevant qualification (e.g., NVQ Level 6, SMSTS, or equivalent).
