Senior Business Analyst Opportunity
We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Business Analyst to join our team in the Life & Pensions industry. This is a challenging and rewarding role that offers the opportunity to work on critical business transformation initiatives.
The ideal candidate will have proven experience in gathering, analysing and documenting business requirements. They will be able to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, lead UAT planning and execution, and create detailed business readiness documentation.
In addition to their technical skills, they must possess excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills. They must be comfortable working in agile project delivery environments.
Key Responsibilities:
* Gather, analyse and document business requirements for complex projects
* Lead UAT planning and execution ensuring seamless user adoption of new systems or processes
* Create detailed business readiness documentation including user stories, acceptance criteria and process maps
* Develop innovative solution designs leveraging technology from both incumbent vendors competitors infrastructure best practice benchmarks'
