Head of Planning
Shercock, Co. Cavan | Monday–Friday (8am–4pm, flexibility required)
Manor Farm is seeking an experienced Head of Planning to lead and evolve our end‑to‑end planning function in a fast‑paced FMCG environment. This is a pivotal leadership role within our Supply Chain team, responsible for aligning demand, production and supply to deliver exceptional customer service and operational performance.
What You’ll Do
Lead the full planning cycle across short, medium and long‑term horizons
Own and drive the S&OP process, ensuring strong cross‑functional collaboration
Translate demand forecasts into deliverable production and capacity plans
Provide clear leadership to the planning team, driving performance and accountability
Manage risk, constraints and opportunities using real‑time data and insights
Lead continuous improvement initiatives across planning processes and systems
Play a key role in shaping supply chain strategy and long‑term capacity planning
What We’re Looking For
12+ years’ experience in FMCG / Supply Chain / Production Planning
Proven leadership of planning teams (including managers)
High degree of competency in Excel
Strong expertise in S&OP and planning systems (SAP, IBP, APO or similar)
Highly analytical, data‑driven and commercially aware
Strong communicator with the ability to influence at all levels
A collaborative leader who thrives in a high‑volume, fast‑moving environment
