Project Coordinator Role
Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled Project Coordinator to support the successful execution of projects.
The candidate will be responsible for developing and managing schedules, ensuring planning and controlling elements of a portfolio of projects. This includes establishing and implementing project control execution plans in respect of schedules, as well as forecasting, progress measurement/schedule status, change management, risk management, and early warning of issues.
The Project Coordinator will work closely with project teams to monitor leading indicators and trends, provide early warnings of potential issues, and collaborate on solutions to ensure the timely completion of projects.
Required Skills and Qualifications
Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree in a relevant engineering discipline
* At least 3 years of experience in project control-related roles
* Proficient user of Primavera/P6 (a distinct advantage)
* Working knowledge of project cost and financial management
* Experience in lean project delivery methodologies
* Knowledge of project management, construction management, and/or estimating
* Trade partner experience is beneficial
