As a Parts Advisor, you will be responsible for taking orders over the telephone and counter, upselling to increase invoice value, building long-term rapport with customers, and actively promoting offers and discounts.
The ideal candidate will be punctual, organised, and efficient whilst working towards deadlines, proactive and enthusiastic when speaking with customers, able to demonstrate empathy towards customers, and possess excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities:
1. Take orders for car parts over the telephone and counter
2. Upsell to increase invoice value
3. Build long-term rapport with local customers
4. Actively promote offers, discounts and customer competitions
5. Limited credits and returns by ordering and sending the right car parts first time
Requirements:
1. Punctual, organised, and efficient whilst working towards deadlines
