We are looking for a proactive, detail-oriented Recruitment Operations Coordinator who will support and optimize recruitment processes, ensuring smooth coordination across hiring teams in a distributed work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
* Coordinate end-to-end recruitment operations in a fully remote environment
* Manage and maintain ATS data accuracy, workflows, and reporting
* Schedule and coordinate virtual interviews across multiple time zones
* Serve as the primary operations contact for recruiters, hiring managers, and remote candidates
* Track hiring metrics (time-to-hire, pipeline health, recruiter capacity) and prepare regular reports
* Ensure compliance with hiring policies, data privacy, and remote hiring regulations
* Partner with People Ops, HR, and Finance on remote headcount planning
* Document and improve remote recruitment processes, SOPs, and playbooks
* Support recruitment projects such as system rollouts, employer branding, and global hiring initiatives
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
* 2+ years working with US clients is a must
* 2+ years of experience in recruitment coordination, HR operations, or talent acquisition support
* Strong experience working in remote or distributed teams
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Ability to manage multiple priorities independently in a remote setting
* Strong attention to detail and process-oriented mindset
* Proficiency in Google Workspace or Microsoft Office
* Experience supporting global or multi-region hiring
* Familiarity with remote hiring compliance and data privacy regulations
* Previous work in tech, startups, or fast-scaling organizations
