This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a business with ambitions to grow significantly both organically and through an acquisitional strategy, and as part of a growing finance team it will provide the successful candidate with a broad range of experience in a constantly changing environment.In this role, you will:Reporting to our Client Relationship and Success Manager (CRSM) as a Client Account Manager (CAM), you will play a pivotal role in developing and maintaining strong client relationships.Your mission is to understand client needs, propose tailored solutions, and contribute to the sustained growth of our business, aligning with budget and 3-Year Plan (3YP) objectivesCandidates must possess a good work ethic and excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both verbal and written, as well as being proficient time-managers, and genuine team players.Responsibilities include:Develop and maintain trusting relationships with a portfolio of clients to ensure they do not turn to competition, supporting the growth of the business in line with the budget and 3YP.Acquire a thorough understanding of client needs and requirements to ensure we can tailor our service. Enabling the business to retain clients in line with retention targets supporting the delivery of the budget and 3YP.Expand the relationships with customers by continuously proposing solutions and products that meet their objectives.Ensure the appropriate products and services are offered and delivered to customers in a timely manner to uphold client satisfaction levels in line with business KPI'sServe as the link of communication between clients and internal teams ensuring any issues or opportunities are resolved in a timely manner with minimal impact to the client.Seek out new ideas and amend current systems to better enhance customer engagement with continual improvement culture making the company of choice to all customers – easy to work with.
