Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Strategic Project Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for leading high-priority projects that are critical to the company's strategic goals. You will collaborate with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to ensure that projects are aligned with long-term business objectives and delivered on time, within scope, and on budget. The role involves overseeing the planning, execution, and monitoring of strategic initiatives, managing both risks and resources to ensure successful project outcomes. Your primary responsibility will be to drive the execution of strategic initiatives that support the growth and scalability of the business.
As a Strategic Project Manager, you will lead project teams, set clear objectives, define key performance indicators (KPIs), and develop detailed project plans. You will ensure projects are executed in alignment with the company's vision and objectives. You will also manage project budgets, track timelines, and prepare regular progress reports for stakeholders. Additionally, you will identify potential project risks, develop mitigation plans, and communicate with relevant parties to keep projects on track. This role requires strong leadership skills, strategic thinking, and the ability to work effectively under pressure.
Qualifications
* Proven experience as a Project Manager or Strategic Project Manager, with a strong track record of delivering complex projects aligned with business goals.
* Expertise in project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid), with the ability to adapt approaches based on project needs.
* Strong leadership skills, with experience in managing cross-functional teams and driving collaboration across departments.
* Excellent problem-solving abilities, with the capacity to handle complex issues and provide solutions that keep projects on track.
* Strong business acumen and the ability to align project goals with broader company objectives.
* Proven experience in managing large-scale projects, including budget management, resource allocation, and stakeholder communication.
* Advanced proficiency with project management tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, Jira, Trello) and other productivity software (e.g., Excel, PowerPoint).
* Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to present complex information to senior management and key stakeholders.
* Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and maintaining attention to detail.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while maintaining focus on long-term strategic goals.
* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
* PMP, Prince2, or similar project management certifications are preferred.
* Experience in managing strategic initiatives and aligning them with corporate vision and objectives is a plus.
