The Role Full day-to-day management of a high-rise residential construction project Coordinate subcontractors, site teams, and suppliers to ensure works are delivered safely, on programme, and to the highest quality standards Implement and enforce health & safety procedures and site compliance Manage programme targets, sequencing, and site logistics Liaise with project managers, design teams, consultants, and stakeholders Ensure quality control, snag management, and timely handover of works Maintain accurate site records, reporting, and documentation Requirements Proven experience as a Site Manager on large-scale residential projects Previous experience on high-rise or multi-unit developments is essential Strong leadership and organisational skills Excellent knowledge of construction methods, sequencing, and site coordination Ability to work under pressure and manage strict deadlines Strong communication and problem-solving skills Relevant qualifications and tickets (Safe Pass, SMSTS/CSCS or equivalent) Whats On Offer Competitive hourly rate/Salary, based on experience 3-year contract on a flagship residential development Robust pension scheme Free on-site parking Discounted meals at head office facilities 20 days annual leave, plus 2 additional company days to support worklife balance And more How to apply: Send your CV to APPLY NOW
