On behalf of our client we are hiring an Accounts Assistant to join their team. This is an ideal position for an applicant looking to broaden their skillset by covering several key functions within the Finance Department. The successful candidate will be a key member of the team and report directly to the Senior Financial Accountant. Essential Duties and Responsibilities (includes, but not limited to): Full responsibility over AP & AR functions Responsibility over credit control function Deposit Management Perform bank reconciliations General Ledger Account Reconciliation Balance Sheet Reconciliation Assist with year-end audit requirements Maintain accurate and systematic accounting records Review, prepare, and provide various reports as required ensuring accuracy and timely delivery Respond to internal and external client inquiries in a timely manner Follow policies and process established by your department, Human Resources or any department in which guidelines must be met Other duties and responsibilities may be assigned depending on department need and growth Qualifications and Skills Education: Part qualified Accountant Experience: Minimum of 1-2 years in a similar role Proven ability to work as part of a fast-paced team Are you looking for a new career move in 2025?
