Your responsibilities
* Lead the CSM team professionally and disciplinarily in an international environment.
* Manage cross-site customer relations for Mobile Engine Services events, including account management for individual customers.
* Optimize and ensure performance parameters (costs, quality, turnaround times) and commercial results of Mobile Engine Services engine events.
* Review cost calculations for engine repair events during quotation and recalculation processes.
* Manage workload of the DUB Repair Station through product request prioritization and coordination with Product Sales, customers, and other MES Repair Stations.
* Enhance interfaces with regional service providers.
What you'll need to succeed
* Degree in engineering or business administration.
* 3–5 years of professional experience.
* Strong knowledge of economics and business administration.
* Excellent negotiation, assertiveness, and persuasion skills.
* High service orientation and customer focus.
* Ability to handle conflicts effectively.
* Leadership skills to guide and motivate teams.
* Strong organizational and analytical skills.
