Your new role
As an Account Director - Construction Specialist you will:
* Manage a large book of existing business and expand client relationships.
* Act as the technical touchpoint for complex construction placements.
* Develop tailored risk solutions for the construction sector.
* Lead and mentor a high-performing team.
* Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to grow the construction insurance division.
What you'll need to succeed
* Extensive experience in construction insurance (Can be Underwriting or Broking)
* Proven track record in business development and client relationship management.
* Strong leadership skills with experience managing teams.
* In-depth knowledge of construction industry risks and insurance solutions.
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical abilities.
