We are seeking experienced professionals to join our team as Guinness Storehouse Assistants. This role is perfect for individuals who have a proven track record in delivering exceptional customer service and possess a strong passion for working in the hospitality industry.
Key Responsibilities
* Maintain a high standard of customer service throughout the experience
* Ensure all customers receive prompt and courteous service, and their needs are met efficiently
* Handle customer complaints or issues promptly and effectively, striving for customer satisfaction
Required Skills and Qualifications
* Leaving Cert or equivalent
* Fluent English Speaker, 2nd language highly desirable - French, Spanish, Italian, German, or Chinese
* Must have experience in public speaking/entertaining/performing
* Must have 1 years' experience working with customers face to face in hospitality/tourism/bars
