As a senior hotel executive, you will play a crucial role in the strategic direction and operational management of our luxury hotel. Your primary focus will be on ensuring seamless service delivery while maintaining high standards of quality and safety.
Key Responsibilities
* Collaborate with the General Manager to develop a comprehensive business strategy that aligns with the hotel's vision and goals.
* Evaluate and implement existing business plans to ensure maximum efficiency and revenue growth.
* Lead by example, covering various shifts to guarantee optimal guest experience during peak periods.
* Provide guidance and support to Department Managers and Supervisors to enhance their performance and productivity.
* Promote effective yield management, upselling, and revenue optimization across all hotel operations.
* Maintain rigorous adherence to internal control procedures as defined by Finance and the General Manager.
* Account for all revenue through accurate accounting practices.
* Work closely with HR to implement and enforce HR policies and procedures as outlined in the employee handbook.
* Recruit, select, and manage employees at all levels.
* Conduct regular townhall meetings, monthly health and safety briefings, weekly operations and HOD meetings, revenue reviews, and sales discussions.
* Establish and document performance standards for all areas of the hotel.
* Ensure smooth day-to-day operations and efficient running of the hotel.
* Liaise with and direct operational teams daily – Front Office, Food & Beverage.
This position requires strong leadership skills, a customer-centric approach, and an ability to work effectively within a fast-paced environment. A degree in Hospitality Management or a related field is preferred, along with significant experience in a similar role.

* Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or a related field.
* At least 5 years of experience in a senior hotel management position.
* Proven track record of successfully leading cross-functional teams and driving business growth.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make informed decisions.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-focused mindset.
* Able to work effectively in a dynamic environment with multiple priorities.
* Familiarity with industry-standard software and systems.
