Role Requirements
To have the ability to prepare and present high-quality breakfast dishes.
Have a good knowledge of Irish cuisine, continental breakfast, and pastry.
The ability to work, multi-task and communicate well, in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
A HACCP or food safety management qualification.
Experience in a 5-star hotel or in a similar role is essential.
Will work closely with head chefs to achieve consistency and to meet all management standards.
