You will be joining a reputable Irish contractor best know for their high-quality public and private sector projects across conservation, commercial and residential. They have a healthy pipeline of work across Dublin. About You Minimum 5 years experience working in a similar role. Experience on a residential site with a main contractor would be beneficial. Trade qualification. Valid Safe Pass certification. Up-to-date Manual Handling training. Strong communication, organisational, time management, and administrative skills. Key Responsibilities Take full responsibility for day-to-day site management and successful delivery of the residential scheme Ensure the project is completed safely, on programme, within budget and to required quality standards. Manage and coordinate site engineers, trades, subcontractors and direct labour Hold daily briefings, toolbox talks and coordination meetings Interpret construction drawings, specifications and reports Monitor programme milestones and short-term look-ahead plans Ensure compliance with Irish H&S legislation and company procedures For more information, please get in touch at
