AA Euro Group are working with an early-stage organization in healthcare sector based in Cork on a Configuration Specialist vacancy. We are looking for a candidate to support and guide of building out its internal CRM. This is a part-time, contract-based role focused on smart Salesforce setup,configuration, and process designworking closely with internal teams to ensure a clean, scalable implementation from day one.
Key Responsibilities
-Configure core Salesforce components: custom objects, fields, record types, flows, validation rules, and permission sets.
-Translate business requirements into functional, user-friendly Salesforce workflows.
-Set up user roles, profiles, and sharing settings in line with operational needs.
-Assist with initial data imports and cleansing.
-Provide documentation and support to help onboard internal users.
-Advise on best practices for a maintainable and secure CRM setup.
Requirements
Must Have:
-2+ years of hands-on Salesforce configuration experience
-Strong understanding of declarative tools (Flow, Process Builder, etc.)
-Ability to work independently in a flexible, part-time capacity
-Clear communication skills and confidence working with non-technical teams
Nice to Have:
-Salesforce Administrator certification
-Experience with early-stage CRM implementations
-Familiarity with access controls and data integrity best practices
-Comfort creating light user guides or system documentation
Contract Details
-Start Date: ASAP
-Pay: 40-50 per hour
-Hours: Part-time (approx. 1020 hrs/week, flexible)
-Duration: 36 months, with potential extension
-Location: Remote
