Job Overview
As a key member of our site team, you will be responsible for delivering engineering projects efficiently and effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
* Accurately setting out and surveying from construction drawings and specifications to ensure high-quality results
* Reading and interpreting technical drawings, plans, and schedules to drive project progress
* Coordinating with subcontractors and general operatives on site to guarantee works are delivered to plan
* Planning and sequencing works in line with project timelines and targets to maximize productivity
* Attending site meetings and liaising with design teams, consultants, and client representatives to facilitate effective communication
* Monitoring and enforcing Health & Safety best practices across all site activities to create a secure working environment
* Ensuring high-quality workmanship is maintained throughout the build through regular inspections and quality control measures
* Assisting with material orders and ensuring timely delivery of resources to avoid delays
* Keeping clear and up-to-date site records, including as-built drawings and QA documentation to facilitate knowledge sharing
