While retail experience is beneficial, it is not essential as full training will be provided.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide exceptional customer service by greeting and assisting customers in a friendly, professional manner.
* Develop a thorough understanding of the products offered to assist customers with their inquiries and make informed recommendations.
* Assist customers in selecting and purchasing products, ensuring a positive experience.
* Operate the cash register, handle transactions accurately, and process payments.
* Assist in setting up and maintaining shop displays and ensure that all is well-organized.
* Participate in stock-taking activities, monitor inventory levels, and report discrepancies.
* Work towards sales targets, contributing to the overall success of the store.
* Ensure the store is clean, tidy, and safe at all times.
* Gather and report customer feedback to management to help improve products and services.
* Work closely with colleagues to ensure smooth store operations
* Engage in ongoing training to continuously improve your skills and knowledge.
Qualifications:

* Strong communication skills.
* Previous retail experience is advantageous but not required.
