The position of Marketing Manager is a unique opportunity to champion the marketing and PR efforts for our hotel, focusing on maintaining a high level of luxury and collaborating with various stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and execute the marketing and PR plan to increase brand awareness, build long lasting partnerships, and achieve revenue targets in coordination with all key stakeholders.
* Identify, develop, and maximize opportunities to drive revenue via internal and external channels.
* Manage relationships with relevant agencies, ensuring KPIs are met and all contractual agreements are fulfilled.
* Maintain a high level of communication with management and peers, safeguarding The Grand image within the hotel in all its areas.
* Manage the hotel's official website and OTA content in liaison with the key stakeholders, ensuring all information is correct and to brand standard.
Requirements:
* Proven work experience as a Marketing Manager or similar role, preferably in the hospitality sector.
* Demonstrates high levels of energy, enthusiasm, and professionalism.
* Extensive digital marketing knowledge.
* Strong leadership skills and ability to adjust approach to deal with different people and situations.
