Overview of Role
Ergo IT Resourcing are seeking an Innovation and Hiring Manager to join a leading financial trading organisation in Dublin.
This is a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious, high-performing professional to drive new business growth while managing recruitment and innovation initiatives in a fast-paced trading environment.
What will you do?
Lead internship, trainee trader, and senior trader hiring programmes.
Partner with senior leadership to deliver new trading and business opportunities.
Develop and scale operational frameworks, processes, and data-driven initiatives.
Build and manage relationships with trading exchanges, clearing banks, vendors, and coding teams.
Support global business growth through innovation, performance analysis, and stakeholder engagement.
What do you need?
Proven success in fast-paced financial services or trading environments.
Experience leading and managing high-performing teams and projects.
Strong data analysis skills with Excel, Python, and database tools.
Knowledge across financial operations: risk, treasury, compliance, audit.
Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills.
Desirable:
Degree in Business/Maths/Economics/Data, coding & process automation expertise, SQL knowledge, and prior experience scaling operations.
