Training and Development Manager
We are looking for a Training and Development Manager to lead and shape the future of our team in the parking industry.
About the Role
This role will give you the chance to design, implement, and enhance training programs that foster growth, drive excellence, and ensure our workforce is ready to meet the evolving challenges of the sector.
Key Responsibilities:
* Deliver engaging, innovative learning programs using a variety of media and technology.
* Develop and create bite-sized training modules tailored to different learning styles.
* Design and maintain a comprehensive training plan to meet the evolving needs of our teams.
* Collaborate with external training providers to create and customise training content for internal courses.
* Benchmark and implement industry best practices to continuously raise training standards.
* Organise and coordinate training sessions, managing everything from scheduling to participant enrolment.
* Work closely with department managers to identify skills gaps and implement tailored learning solutions.
* Ensure all training materials are up-to-date and relevant, driving continuous learning and improvement.
Requirements:
* In-depth knowledge of training and development methods, with a strong focus on e-learning.
* Excellent communication and planning skills, and confidence to deliver training at all levels.
* The ability to engage and motivate staff, especially when delivering training to entry-level or enforcement teams.
* Strong problem-solving skills and a keen eye for detail.
* Self-motivation and the drive to inspire others to reach their full potential.
