Project Manager - CSA Works
Job Summary:
* Manage daily site activities for Civil, Structural, and Architectural (CSA) projects.
Key Responsibilities:
* Oversee construction process to ensure compliance with approved drawings, specifications, and safety standards.
* Coordinate with engineers, subcontractors, and site teams to maintain smooth workflow and resolve issues.
* Monitor project progress, quality, and workmanship, ensuring compliance with project requirements.
* Conduct regular inspections of concrete, rebar, formwork, steel structures, and architectural finishes.
* Support QA/QC activities, including site inspections and documentation.
* Implement and enforce site safety regulations, promoting a strong health & safety culture.
* Provide regular reports on project progress, manpower, and material usage to the Construction Manager or Project Engineer.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Degree in Civil or Structural Engineering or equivalent experience.
* Proven experience managing CSA or civil works on construction projects.
* Thorough knowledge of site practices, materials, and construction methods.
* Excellent leadership, communication, and coordination skills.
* Commitment to safety, quality, and timely project delivery.
