Key Responsibilities Manage all commercial and cost-management aspects of projects from pre-contract to final account. Lead procurement, tender analysis, and subcontractor management. Prepare budgets, cost plans, valuations, variations, and financial reports. Provide commercial guidance to project teams and support effective risk management. Maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, and supply chain partners. Ensure compliance with contract terms, company procedures, and industry standards. Requirements Degree in Quantity Surveying or related discipline. 7+ years experience with a main contractor in Ireland or the UK. Proven track record delivering complex construction projects. Strong negotiation, analytical, and report-writing skills. Ability to work independently while supporting wider project teams.
