Customer Service Administrator (Maternity Leave Cover)
Quality Recycling Ltd. is one of the leading household waste and recycling company's in the South East and Tipperary, and we are currently looking to recruit a Customer Service Administrator for the purpose of maternity leave cover to join our team.
The purpose of this job is to provide a high level of customer service in a polite and efficient manner in line with company standards. This job will also require administration duties to be carried out in a timely manner.
General Duties:
* Answer incoming telephone calls.
* Provide a high level of customer service.
* Prompt query resolution for customers.
* Communication of any issues with internal departments i.e. transport.
* Process payments.
* Administration tasks.
* Carry out additional duties and ad hoc projects as required.
Suitable candidate should have the following:
* At least 2 years in similar role.
* Strong customer focus.
* Good computer skills.
* Knowledge of Microsoft Office
* Excellent telephone manner.
* Ability to deal with a high volume of calls.
* Able to communicate clearly and concisely.
* Administration experience essential.
Hours of work: 37.5 hours /week
