This well-established mechanical services firm based in Athboy, Meath (relocating to Kells in the coming weeks) are currently seeking a proactive and professional Office Administrator and Personal Assistant to join their team.
Your role will involve working as an Office Administrator and Personal Assistant; someone who will be responsible for a wide range of duties ensuring day-to-day operations run nice and smoothly.
Duties will include:
* Communicate effectively accepting calls, taking messages and passing on queries.
* Overseeing front desk Reception and assisting with administration support for the team.
* Providing Personal Assistant support to the Managing Director.
* Managing general administration, diary management, preparing paperwork required.
What Skills You Need:
* Previous experience Administration role is required (1-2 years minimum).
* A background in Construction, Trades or similar is desired.
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
* Ability to stay focused, positive and kind within your work.
What is on Offer:
* Salary: Competitive package, dependant on experience
* Permanent role, Monday to Friday: 8.00am – 5.00pm
* Athboy, Co Meath. Relocating to Kells in coming weeks + free parking.
