We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Healthcare Assistant to join our team.
1. Provide exceptional care in line with individual care plans, ensuring the highest level of dignity and respect for each resident.
* Foster strong relationships with residents, their families, and colleagues to deliver person-centered care.
* Work collaboratively with nurses to ensure safe nursing services that meet the unique needs of each resident.
2. Support nurses in delivering high-quality nursing services by assisting with daily living activities, mobility needs, mealtimes, promoting comfort and quality of life while adhering to Infection Prevention Control guidelines at all times.
