About the Role:
* Manage financial transactions with accuracy using computerized accounting packages.
* Perform reconciliations of creditors, debtors, and bank statements.
* Process invoices, expenses, and other financial documents efficiently.
* Prepare and generate financial reports as required by management.
* Manage payroll processing according to company procedures.
* Enter journals into the accounting system with precision.
* Provide ongoing support during month-end and year-end tasks.
Requirements:
1. 4+ years of experience working with computerized accounting packages (Intact experience preferred).
2. A qualification in accounting finance or a related field or recent graduate of ACCA, CPA, ACA, or similar.
3. Strong bookkeeping and reconciliation skills.
4. PAYROLL PROCESSING EXPERIENCE IS ESSENTIAL.
5. High level of accuracy, organization, and attention to detail.
