Senior Business Analyst
We are seeking an experienced Senior Business Analyst with a proven track record in the Life and Pensions industry to join our organisation on a fixed-term contract.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather, analyse, and document business requirements effectively.
2. Develop clear, concise user stories and acceptance criteria that meet business needs.
3. Lead and support UAT planning and execution processes.
4. Create and maintain detailed Business Readiness Documentation and project artefacts that align with business objectives.
5. Engage effectively with stakeholders across the business and IT functions to ensure seamless communication.
6. Ensure end-to-end alignment of business needs with technical solutions, particularly within Salesforce CRM implementations.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
1. Minimum 5 years experience as a Business Analyst, preferably at a senior level with a strong understanding of the Life and Pensions industry.
2. Proven hands-on experience with Salesforce in a business or implementation context.
3. Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in agile and hybrid project delivery environments.
