We are currently recruiting on behalf of our client for an experienced Car Sales Executive to join a thriving dealership based in Waterford. This is a fantastic opportunity to become part of a high-performing sales team in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
You will represent a diverse selection of leading automotive brands, guiding customers to find the ideal vehicle to suit their needs while delivering an outstanding experience from initial enquiry through to final handover.
Key Responsibilities:
* Engage with customers to understand their requirements and recommend suitable vehicles
* Carry out test drives and showcase key features and benefits confidently
* Manage sales leads, conduct timely follow-ups, and convert enquiries into closed deals
* Build and maintain strong relationships with both new and returning customers
* Collaborate effectively within a supportive sales team under the direction of the Sales Manager
* Promote and upsell additional products and services such as finance and extended warranties
Skills & Experience Required:
* Proven experience in a sales role; automotive sales background is highly desirable
* Results-driven with a consistent track record of achieving or exceeding targets
* Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
* Motivated, enthusiastic, and eager to follow a proven sales process
* Professional, customer-centric approach with a positive attitude
* Full clean driving licence essential
