Commercial Counsel Opportunity
This role presents a dynamic and fast-paced environment where you will work closely with the Head of Legal to progress your career in a growing global company.
* Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial agreements such as Technology contracts, IP Licensing, NDAs, and Service agreements.
* Providing legal support for strategic partnerships and business development initiatives.
* Support product development and review supplier/vendor agreements in the tech and telco space.
You will have the opportunity to join a firm at a time of growth and expansion into the Irish and global market.
Key skills required include:
* Qualified solicitor/barrister in Ireland with 4-5 years post-qualification experience.
* Extensive experience in commercial contract law and negotiations.
* Proven track record in drafting and negotiating NDAs, MSAs, marketing agreements, service agreements, and IP agreements.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
