What You'll Do:
* Maintain and grow our existing client relationships, delivering the highest levels of customer service.
* Actively identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand our market presence.
* Engage face-to-face with customers, understand their unique needs, and present tailored product solutions.
* Support merchandising efforts and ensure a memorable in-store experience for every customer.
* Achieve sales targets and contribute to the ongoing success of a vibrant, forward-thinking company.
What We're Looking For:
* Resident of the Republic of Ireland with excellent territorial knowledge.
* Proven drive, commitment, and self-discipline in a field sales role.
* Strong interpersonal skills, with an ability to connect and build rapport with a variety of clients.
* Previous experience with woven or tufted products is an advantage, but not essential.
* Ability to successfully manage your own sales area and time.
